Ear, Schmear

Jackson went to the doctor today. He has another ear infection, which doesn't have him in the greatest of moods, but he doesn't seem to be as cranky with this one as he has been in the past with the other ear infections. Maybe he's just used to it by now?!? The pediatrician normally doesn't do follow-up appointments for ear infections, but because this one is in the same ear and the last one was only about one month ago, he wants to check Jackson over in about one month to make sure we are getting the infection to go away completely. He's not confident that this is a "new" infection and thinks this may just be a reoccurrence of the last ear infection that never fully went away. Who knows? Either way, poor baby! It can't feel good. Also, he weighed 25 lbs, 3 oz.
